Refund Policy

Safe Drive Dashcam endeavors to create an easy and convenient platform for all
customers to on-board their new Dashcams, GPS Tracking and ELD systems.
Unfortunately, occasionally a customer may decide to return equipment for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued based on meeting the following requirements:

  • Safe Drive Dashcam is notified in writing (email, letter, fax), of the customer’s request for a refund within 30 days of receiving their equipment
  • All equipment must be returned unused (not installed in any vehicle), in original boxes and packing material
  • All equipment includes all wiring harnesses, mounting brackets and accessory items that were originally shipped to the customer
  • All returned equipment is shipped at the customer’s expense
  • Safe Drive Dashcam receives all equipment back within two weeks of notification to Safe Drive Dashcam that the customer requests a refund
  • Refunds are only issued after receiving the equipment, inspecting and verifying all equipment is present and “as shipped to the customer”
  • All returned equipment is to be shipped to the following address:Safe Drive Dashcam
